Back on track

But even though it took spring long to arrive, by now the tulips are fading and "normal" late-May plants are in flower. So there's hope yet that summer will be back to normal

[Actually, since we're told that in the past years spring started too early due to global warming, perhaps this year's late spring was more normal than the past 20 years' spring? But then, "normal" is in the eye of the beholder anyway...]
